If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Akura product, it will be replaced, exchanged, or refunded excluding shipping charges following its return to your authorized Akura Representative or, if he/she is no longer active to the company, with proof of purchase. Have an Inactive Akura Representative? If your Representative is no longer active, or you are unable to connect, your product can be returned to the Company with proof of purchase. Please contact the Customer Satisfaction Department for instructions on how to obtain an exchange or refund.
